If only I could rate them zero stars - this business is a total scam. I placed an order on Black Friday and had to reach out several times after not getting my stuff for weeks on end. Eventually, it showed up, but some items were missing, and now the email and website are gone. After I filed a claim with PayPal and they sided with me, the company still couldn't refund my cash because they’re broke.

I made a purchase back in November, but it never showed up, even though they took my money and sent me a confirmation email. Their phone line is out of service, and I can't reach them via email since that account is gone.
DON'T THROW AWAY YOUR CASH!!

I haven't gotten my items or even a heads-up that they're out for delivery. The only thing I've seen is the order confirmation. Whether it's delayed or just not showing up, I'm totally in the dark here. I'm heading out on vacation soon, so if it shows up after ages, I won't be around to pick it up. What a waste of cash.

I picked up this item since I was fed up with having to sit down and use lace glue every single time I put on my wig. I gave the spray a shot in a hurry, and yeah, it was a bit messy, but it held up quite nicely (just add a tad more to the ear tabs and hit it with a blow dryer). It's solid if you're planning to wear the wig for a day or two.

Eventually, I got a message saying they’d refund the shipping and offer a discount since they’d deliver it locally in about an hour. That was four days ago, and I’m still waiting with no further updates. I keep sending emails, but they insist they haven’t heard from me. What more can I do to get in touch? I never asked for a refund or for someone to deliver it personally, since they wouldn’t be able to get into my building. I’m hardly ever home, so if they’d just send it through the postal service like I intended, it would go to my Canada Post mailbox. Honestly, they can cancel the order for all I care now; I’ve already ordered the same item from another place, and it showed up in less than 24 hours without any hassle.

Final note: Best of luck to future customers, as it seems you can’t reach this business through email. They just keep saying they haven’t heard from you, even when you reply to their messages!
